The store is accessed from the yard, it has shop windows both from the yard and from the street side where the ATM is located. The store is provided with the necessary infrastructure, central heating, air conditioning and alarm. Parking is possible on a public road on a side street on the other side of the mall. The property is not in use, it used to be a branch of NLB Bank. It is located in the very center of Šajkaš, in the main street in the village. In front of the property there is a bus station, and in the immediate vicinity of the property are the Post Office and IDEA market.
